A burst of life

A poetry post about my recent publication in the 'Burst of Life' poetry journal.

My story

The gift of poetry was unearthed out of the heart of our King and poured into my hands. In 2018 I had an unveiling of my purpose and destiny from YHWH. Through an intimate revelation with the Ruach HaKodesh, my gifts were reimagined and with this, my gift of poetry was born. It soon became a reality when YHWH brought the right people onto my path to bring this into fulfillment.  Ever since then, I have been flourishing and growing.

My Creed

I'm a Messianic Jew: I believe in and follow the Hebrew God YHWH, Yeshua (Jesus), the Torah and celebrate the biblical feast days. My Hebrew name is Adina.

My Testimony

I survived poverty, being bullied, body shame, body dysmorphia, identity issues, depression, abuse, abortion, suicide, domestic violence, miscarriage and divorce.

My Personality

I'm a prophetic poet and writer, a first-generation Dutch and Malaysian mixed race, as well as a 'Highly Sensitive Person', an 'Empath' and an introvert.

My Interests

I enjoy the Bible, reading, writing, music, nature, herbal tea, vegan food, animals, museums, alone time, thrifting, history and learning new things about my faith.
