Shalom beloveds
I take the time to sit with my grief and welcome it. No matter how much it stings, I sit quietly and intentionally. Pain is a strange thing: it has the power to hurt you, yet it also has the power to change you. After experiencing its poison, you’re never the same. You can either drown in its depth OR you can swim through its waves, determined to get to the shore of healing. But to achieve wholeness one must fight to have it. It is never an easy battle: trauma is an ugly bastard, but the first great step to achieve inner healing is to deal with your pain and sit with it consciously. Take the time out to sit with yours. Take the time out to strive for healing. This is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself.
Thank you for reading, till next time…
Peace and blessings in Yeshua.
